Maxwell Watson

Maxwell is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with diverse career experience in the mining sector. He holds an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, graduating with highest academic honours. Maxwell also holds a BA in Psychology from Western University as well as specialized employee benefits designations from the Wharton School of Business and the Human Resources Professionals Association. Currently Maxwell works in the insurance sector as an advisor on employee benefits programs, working to align regional goals with global strategy, while exploring the rapidly evolving programs and trends within this environment.
