Patrick Madden - Board Chair


Patrick has an MBA from University of Toronto and began his career as researcher/evaluator in the Ontario Public Service (OPS), leading a number of large complex projects and ultimately heading the Evaluation Uni in the Ministry of Correctional Services. In over 30 years in the OPS, he held a number of other management and executive roles with responsibility for evaluation, planning and performance measurement, budgeting, agency relations; as well a direct operational roles. These roles covered several key government sectors including justice, education, labour adjustment and health.

Over the last few years, in addition to paid consulting work, he have provided pro-bono consulting services to a number of Toronto area not-for-profit organizations. He has led or assisted strategic planning efforts for COSTI, SAFSS, CASSA, The York Centre and the College Montrose Children's Place (CMCP). He has also done organizational development consulting work for Delisle Children's Services and the Elizabeth Fry Society. He is currently on the Board of CMCP where he is Vice Chair.
